Pool Area
The 10.0m x 7.0m pool is octagonal in shape, with a two metre high wall that sweeps around the curve of one side of the pool for privacy and shelter from the elements. During the summer months, this sheltered position allows the water to reach temperatures as high as 89 degrees fahrenheit without the use of the pool heater.
There is extensive natural stone calçada terracing, surrounding the pool area which incorporate two mosaic-tiled showers. There is ample room for a barbeque, essential for entertaining during those balmy summer evenings.
Accessible directly from the lounge area is a spacious, shaded terrace which overlooks the pool. This terrace is wired for stereo sound, connected to the home entertainment system in the lounge area.
