Accessible directly from the lounge area is a spacious shaded patio which overlooks the pool and gardens, the terrace is wired for stereo sound which connects to the home entertainment system in the lounge area.
The walled gardens ensure complete privacy, consisting of four terraces planted with well-established exotic plants, fruit trees which include avocado, nespera, orange, fig, tangerine and lemon. There are seven mature palm trees and a mixture of other exotic trees and plants. A brick-built greenhouse, irrigation system and ornamental Koi pond with lion head fountain are amongst the features. All of this creates a dappled, dreamy, shaded atmosphere.
The walled gardens boast two wrought iron double gates providing access to the top level of the property and front door.
